Glenn has provided services to the long-term care industry for over 30 years. His clients have included operators that range in size from small rural providers to national multi-facility chains. He has been instrumental in the planning, development, and coordination of many engagements. Glenn has the training and experience gained early in his career while working with international accounting firms, along with pragmatism developed while working with locally owned and operated providers over the last thirty years.
Glenn served as a lead technical specialist for a state Medicaid contract auditing approximately 100 providers. He has also assisted numerous providers with Medicare and Medicaid appeals, both informal and formal, and has prepared many Medicare and Medicaid cost and Virginia Historical Information reports. He has also provided consultation services to nursing facilities and other long-term care clients in refinancing debt and assisted in the development of fifty new nursing facilities including: Certificate of Public Need application development, project financing, and planning to maximize third party reimbursement.
